As part of the assignment, TCE was involved in providing Technical Advisory services & Detailed Engineering consultancy services for the 4MWp Solar PV Plant. The broad scope of the consultancy assignment covered site feasibility, Energy yield analysis & technology selection and Basic concept design for solar field. TCE provided comprehensive services right from project planning to construction supervision for the project.

TCE Scope of Work

1. Detailed engineering services for implementation of 4MWp solar PV plant in single array site.
2. Technology selection & concept design for solar field with different options (Fixed tilt, seasonal tracking & Single axis) including radiation, shading analysis & Energy yield assessment in PVSyst software.
3. DC side engineering from solar module up to Inverter including cable sizing, lightening, Earthing protection and trench layout details.
4. Detailed engineering services for the interconnection and integration on AC side from inverter output to a connection point including cable sizing, lightening, Earthing protection and trench layout details.
5. Detailed engineering services for the Civil works related to the foundation for the solar array yard, control room, switchyard building & other amenities like fencing/ boundary wall, Roads & drains.
6. Review of Quality assurance & Inspection service.
7. Construction supervision which includes site supervision & commissioning supervision.
