Hassyan clean coal power plant-phase 1
(4X600MW)

TCE is appointed to provide full range of services to
NOMAC the Hassyan clean coal power station, an
ultra-supercritical (USC) power plant being developed
in SaihShuaib, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Upon
completion, the project is set to be the first coal-based
power plant in the region. The power station will be
fully-operational by 2023. The project supports the Dubai
clean energy strategy 2050, which is aimed at producing
environment-friendly energy.
The range of services provided by TCE includes
design review engineering services from operability,
maintainability, safety and reliability perspective, HAZOP
and RAM engineering services, corrosion study and
advisory support engineering services, quality assurance
services at Hassyan plant and at vendor location.

Asset integrity management (AIM) for EOT
cranes for a steel major

A steel major has engaged TCE to set up an Asset Integrity
Management framework for EOT cranes, finalize the
Inspection strategy including checklists, assist company
inspectors for identification of the inherent risks, prepare
the Inspection Reports for manning review, knowledge
sharing / transfer during Inspection and classroom
program. TCE will add value through the development
of training materials to enhance the skill set of the crane
inspectors and crane champions.
