With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. K Ramesh is President - Infrastructure, Sustainability and PMC Services at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd. TCE offers a wide range of multi-disciplinary services in Design & Engineering and Project Management across several sectors.

In his current role, Ramesh is responsible for the P&L, business growth and delivery both in India and International. He possesses more than 3 decades of rich experience in project management comprising of Project coordination, contract management, planning, execution, change management, closure of contracts, business development and operations. Currently he is also driving improvement initiatives in the company as head of Operation track - a cross functional team (CFT).

Prior to this role, Ramesh was the Business Unit Head of the PMC Business before which he was the Head of delivery of global projects and Regional Manager, South. He has delivered 9 mega projects to various clients in power, refinery, chemical and nuclear sectors and has exposure to international project delivery having worked from start to commissioning of power plant in Indonesia

Projects delivered under him include Dupont project for polyester X ray, 2X100 mw Power plant in Indonesia, 2x38.5 MW power plant in Essar Jamnagar, 2x100 MW power plant of Tata power in Jojobera, 2x20 mw Cogen power plant in CPCL Chennai, Spent fuel storage  and PREFRE 3A Nuclear facility in Kalpakkam, EPCM services for Euro 4 facility for CPCL which was also one of the largest EPCM job for  TCE. SFSF project executed under his leadership in Kalpakkam won the National award of CEAI for the best technology structure .

He  is a qualified TBEM external assessor and has undergone Management development program in IIM Ahmedabad.

Prior to joining TCE he was working with a multinational PT PEC TEC of APRIL group In Indonesia.
