Beck India Limited, a member of Altana Chemie, Germany retained the services of TCE to conduct an Environmental Due Diligence Audit (EDDA) (Phase I Environmental Site Assessment) for their facilities located at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The EDDA scope was as per ASTM Standard practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase l Environmental Site Assessment Process, Designation E1527-00-2001.

1. A walk through physical inspection of the property
2. Review of adjoining properties
3. Review of environmental regulatory agency records
4. Review of available historical ownership documents and facility records
5. Interview with knowledgeable personnel at the facility for incidences in facility
6. Report preparation current status of legal and environmental compliance, release of hazardous material leading to any liability
