The Urban Water Supply and Environmental Improvement project in Madhya Pradesh was conceived to meet critical water, environmental improvement and other essential infrastructure rehabilitation and construction needs in urban areas of Bhopal, Gwalior and Jabalpur cities of Madhya Pradesh. TCE are the design and supervision consultant for the eastern region, which includes works in Bhopal, Gwalior and Jabalpur.

The main responsibilities of TCE is to support the Municipal Corporation in the efficient preparation and implementation of the rehabilitation and expansion works in water supply, wastewater, solid waste management and storm water drainage sectors by carrying out detailed surveys& investigation works, analysis of problems and improvements required in the existing systems and to design and prepare technical specifications, bidding documents, supervise construction of works in all sectors.

Further the scope also includes quality control, measurements of works, verification of contractor claims and finalization of works under the project.
