The project comprises the passenger water transport service along the west coast of Mumbai including dredging of channel (35 km), construction of breakwater (1540 m) and installation of navigational aids and development of waterside which includes Catamaran Jetties, Hover Port, and landside infrastructure facilities which includes terminal buildings at the selected locations, approach roads and other infrastructure facilities.

Feasibility stage

1. Review of data given by TRIL / MSRDC
2. Preparing block cost estimates and drawings
3. Conceptual planning and design outline
4. Assist TRIL in arriving at the tariff structure (technical support)
5. Construction methodology for the proposed facilities
6. Propose appropriate methodology for preparation of Environmental Management Plan and Social Framework and Management Plan
7. Tender submission
