P Singh
Vice Chairman
Mr Singh has been a Director of TCE since 2004
and Vice Chairman since July 2007. He is a member
of the Audit Committee, Remuneration, Succession
Planning and HR Committee and Chairman of Management
Committee of the Board.
Mr Singh is currently
Advisor/Consultant to Tata Steel Limited. Prior
to this he was Vice President – Engineering
Services & Projects of Tata Steel Limited.
He has vast experience in the areas of engineering,
procurement, contracting, construction, commissioning
and stabilisation of operations of various units
of integrated steel plants and has extensive experience
in rebuilding and upgrading old blast furnaces,
LD shops, etc.

N Subedar
Director
Mr Subedar is a Chartered Accountant, having articled
with S B Billimoria & Company, Chartered Accountants.
He is also a qualified Company Secretary. Mr Subedar
is currently the Senior Vice President – Finance
& Company Secretary of Tata Sons Limited. He
supervises the finance, legal, secretarial and IPR
functions of the company. He is involved in formulating
group policies and advising group companies on accounting,
taxation and legal issues. He also functions as
Director on the Boards of several Tata companies.
Mr Subedar presently
serves in the Managing Committee of the Bombay
Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He also served
on a committee constituted by the Reserve Bank
of India to devise reporting formats for NBFCs.
He is a member of the Remuneration, Succession
Planning and HR Committee and Chairman of the
Audit Committee of the Board

K Vora
Director
Mr Vora is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from
India with a postgraduate specialisation in Industrial
Engineering from UK. He has been associated with
the Tata group of companies for over two decades.
He has extensive experience
in international business development as well
as establishing and running joint ventures in
many countries like China, Thailand, Malaysia,
Saudi Arabia, Africa, etc. He was also on the
Boards of all these joint ventures. Mr Vora has
vast experience in engineering solar energy in
developing countries, project development with
NGOs, banks, project developers / Escos, joint
ventures and international business projects.
Mr Vora has been a Director
of TCE since May 2003. He is a member of the Audit
Committee, Management Committee and Chairman of
Remuneration, Succession Planning and HR Committee
of the Board. He also functions as Director on
the Boards of other Tata companies.

P Mull
Director
Mr Mull obtained his degree of Bachelor of Technology
in Civil Engineering in 1967 and Master of Technology
(Structures) in 1969 from IIT, Mumbai. He is a Chartered
Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers
(India), Fellow of the Indian Geotechnical Society,
and Member of ACI. He has experience of working
in USA, Belgium, Italy, Uzbekistan and Iran.
Mr Mull has actively
initiated multi-disciplinary and integrated approaches
to planning and execution of projects. During
his long stint with TCE, he has been responsible
for the management of different types of projects
— rehabilitation / reconstruction, integrated
infrastructure, public health, roads, bridges,
flyovers, buildings, hotels, hospitals, thermal
power plants, pharmaceutical, industrial and chemical
plants, marine works, etc. Before being appointed
as Non-Executive Director of TCE w.e.f October
1, 2009, he was holding the position of CEO and
MD of TCE.

Srinivasan
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr Srinivasan is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras
(1967) and a post-graduate in Heat Power Engineering
from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
(1969). He joined Tata Power Company in 1969. After
a brief stint at the Trombay Thermal Generating
Station, he shifted to TCE in 1970.
He has handled various
assignments in TCE in engineering, project management,
commercial and business development both in India
and overseas. He has travelled widely within India
and overseas. He is a Life Member of the Indian
Nuclear Society. He was appointed as CEO and MD
of TCE w.e.f
October 1, 2009.

Mr J
P Haran
Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. J P Haran is B.Tech from IIT Madras in 1971
and completed M.Tech in Structural Engineering
from the same institution in 1973. He joined TCE
as junior Engineer and has held various positions
such as Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Project
Manager, Department Head, General Manager, Vice
President, etc.
He has more than 35 years of
experience in working and managing various infrastructure,
nuclear and chemical and industrial projects in
India and abroad.
He has published papers in
structural engineering and infrastructure management
in the country.
Currently, he is in charge
of operations of various business units of TCE.
