Prasad
Menon
Chairman
Prasad Menon
has taken over as the Chairman on the Board of Directors
of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited with effect
from February 16, 2011. He is the Member of Remuneration
& Nomination Committee and Chairman of Executive
Committee of the Board.
Mr. Menon is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur
and brings with him a rich management experience
having earlier help the high office of Managing
Director at Tata Power and before that at Tata Chemicals.
Besides TCE, Mr Menon is holding Directorship in
other Tata and non Tata companies.
Mr. Menon was also appointed as the Chairman on
the Board of TCE QSTP LLC, Qatar with effect from
24-08-2012. |

P Singh
Vice Chairman
Mr. R.P. Singh has been a Director of TCE since
2004, and Vice Chairman since July 2007. He is a
member of Audit & Risk Management Committee,
Remuneration & Nomination Committee and Executive
Committee of the Board.
Apart from this Mr. R.P. Singh is non executive
Director in the Board of TRF Limited.
Mr. Singh is currently Advisor to MD, Tata Steel
Limited. Prior to this, he was Vice President (Engineering
Services & Projects) of Tata Steel Ltd. He has
vast experience in Conceptualization, Project Formulation,
Project Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Contracting,
Construction, Commissioning and Stabilization of
operations of various units of integrated Steel
Plant. |

N Subedar
Director
Mr Subedar is a Chartered Accountant and also a
qualified Company Secretary. Mr Subedar is currently
the Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary
of Tata Sons Limited and supervises the finance,
legal, secretarial and IPR functions of the company.
He is involved in formulating Tata Group policies
and advising the group companies on accounting,
taxation company law and legal issues. He functions
as Chairman of Tata Services Limited, Ecofirst Services
India Private Limited, Vice Chairman of Tata Investment
Corporation Ltd., and also as Director on the Boards
of several Tata companies.
He is the Chairman of the
Audit & Risk Management Committee and also Chairman
of the Committee of Directors (Banking) of the Board. |

K Vora
Director
Mr Vora is a qualified Mechanical Engineer from
India with a postgraduate specialisation in Industrial
Engineering from UK. He has been associated with
the Tata group of companies for over two decades.
He has extensive experience in international business
development as well as establishing and running
joint ventures in many countries like China, Thailand,
Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Africa, etc. He was also
on the Boards of all these joint ventures. Mr Vora
has vast experience in engineering solar energy
in developing countries, project development with
NGOs, banks, project developers / Escos, joint ventures
and international business projects.
Mr Vora has been a Director of TCE since May 2003.
He is a member of the Audit & Risk Management
Committee, Executive Committee of the Board and
Chairman of Remuneration & Nomination Committee
of the Board. He also holds Directorship in other
Tata companies. |

P Mull
Director
Mr Mull obtained his degree of Bachelor of Technology
in Civil Engineering in 1967 and Master of Technology
(Structures) in 1969 from IIT, Mumbai. He is a Chartered
Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers
(India), Fellow of the Indian Geotechnical Society,
and Member of ACI. He has experience of working
in USA, Belgium, Italy, Uzbekistan and Iran.
Mr Mull has actively initiated multi-disciplinary
and integrated approaches to planning and execution
of projects. During his long stint with TCE, he
has been responsible for the management of different
types of projects - rehabilitation / reconstruction,
integrated infrastructure, public health, roads,
bridges, flyovers, buildings, hotels, hospitals,
thermal power plants, pharmaceutical, industrial
and chemical plants, marine works, etc. Before being
appointed as Non-Executive Director of TCE w.e.f
October 1, 2009, he was holding the position of
CEO and MD of TCE.
Mr Mull is the Chairman of CEAI - Western Region.
He is the Member of the Executive Committee and
also Member of Committee of Directors (Banking)
of the Board. Mr Mull is also a Director of TCE
subsidiary, TCE QSTP-LLC, Qatar. |

S Padmanabhan
Director
Mr. S Padmanabhan is appointed as Additional Director
on the board of the Tata Consulting Engineers
Limited with effect from 31 January 2013. He is
also a Member of the Remuneration & Nomination
Committee at TCE.
Mr Padmanabhan is a Gold
Medalist from the Indian Institute of Management,
Bangalore and a Gold Medalist from PSG College of
Technology. He is a life member of CSI and Senior
Member of IEEE. Presently he is the Executive Director
(Operations) of The Tata
Power Co. Ltd. Prior to his joining Tata Power,
Mr Padmanabhan was the Executive Director of Tata
Consultancy Services Ltd. He is on the board of
several companies such as The Tata Power Company
Ltd., Chemical Terminal Trombay Ltd., Industrial
Energy Ltd., North Delhi Power Ltd., Powerlinks
Transmission Ltd., Tata Power Trading Co. Ltd.,
Trust Energy Resources Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), Maithon
Power Limited, Energy Eastern Pte Ltd (Singapore),
TP Power Distribution Limited and Additional Director
of Associated Building Co Ltd. |

P Haran
Managing Director
Mr. J P Haran is B.Tech from IIT Madras in 1971
and completed M.Tech in Structural Engineering from
the same institution in 1973. He joined TCE as junior
Engineer and has held various positions such as
Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager,
Department Head, General Manager, Vice President,
Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer,
etc.
He has more than 36 years of experience in working
and managing various infrastructure, nuclear and
chemical and industrial projects in India and abroad.
He has published papers in structural engineering
and infrastructure management in the country.
He is the Member of the Executive Committee and
Member of Committee of Directors (Banking) of the
Board. Besides, he is Permanent Invitee to the Remuneration
and Nomination Committee of the Board. He is also
appointed as a Director on the Board of TCE QSTP-LLC,
Qatar and Ecofirst Services India Private Limited. |

Amit
Sharma
Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Amit Sharma is MS in Mechanical from Arizona
State University and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
from NIT Surat. Mr. Amit Sharma was appointed as
Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
of the Company with effect from 4th July, 2012.
He is also a Director on the board of Ecofirst Services
India Private Limited.
He has more than 18 years of experience in various
industries and prior to joining TCE, he was the
Resident Director and Head of W S Atkins India Private
Limited. He had also worked with other leading Companies
like Infosys and Tata Motors. |
