P Haran
Managing Director
Mr. J P Haran
is B.Tech from IIT Madras in 1971 and completed
M.Tech in Structural Engineering from the same institution
in 1973. He joined TCE as junior Engineer and has
held various positions such as Design Engineer,
Project Engineer, Project Manager, Department Head,
General Manager, Vice President, Executive Director
& Chief Operating Officer, etc.
He has more than 36 years of experience in working
and managing various infrastructure, nuclear and
chemical and industrial projects in India and abroad.
He has published papers in structural engineering
and infrastructure management in the country.
He is the Member of the Executive Committee and
Member of Committee of Directors (Banking) of the
Board. Besides, he is Permanent Invitee to the Remuneration
and Nomination Committee of the Board. He is also
appointed as a Director on the Board of TCE QSTP-LLC,
Qatar and Ecofirst Services India Private Limited. |

Amit
Sharma
Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Amit Sharma
is MS in Mechanical from Arizona State University
and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from NIT
Surat. Mr. Amit Sharma was appointed as Executive
Director & Chief Operating Officer of the Company
with effect from 4th July, 2012. He is also a Director
on the board of Ecofirst Services India Private
Limited.
He has more than 18 years of experience in various
industries and prior to joining TCE, he was the
Resident Director and Head of W S Atkins India Private
Limited. He had also worked with other leading Companies
like Infosys and Tata Motors. |

Rakesh
Gupta
Senior Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs
Mr.Rakesh Gupta is Senior Executive Vice President
– Corporate Affairs with responsibility for
Human Resources & Administration, Business Excellence,
Communication & Sustainability.
Mr. Gupta is a Mechanical Engineer
from IIT(BHU), Varanasi and holds a Postgraduate
degree from the National Institute of Industrial
Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. He is also a Fellow
of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants
of India (ICWAI).
Mr. Gupta has 29 years of work
experience straddling various functions across
Operations, Business Development, Strategy and
Corporate Services, primarily with multinational
organizations such as Philips, BOC India, Daimler,
Tata Consultancy Services and Ashok Leyland.
Mr. Gupta also visits as a
guest faculty to technical and business schools
and is an amateur golfer and a Rotarian.

Risheshwar
Prasad
Senior Vice President - Finance
Mr Risheshwar Prasad is Senior Vice President -
Finance at TCE. Mr Prasad brings to the table over
28 years of work experience in the accounting and
finance industry out of which 26 years has been
within the Tata Group.
Mr Prasad holds a Master's
Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and ACA
from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, besides
a host of related certifications.
He started his career with
Tata Steel where he served for 15 years. He had
a brief stint at Lafarge India after which he
returned to the Group, with Voltas Limited. Three
years later he joined TCE spearheading the entire
gamut of financial operations for the company.

Gopalakrishnan
Vice President - Legal & Secretarial
Mr K Gopalakrishnan is a Commerce Graduate and Law
Graduate from Mumbai University. He holds a Diploma
in Finance Management from Mumbai University and
is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
Mr Gopalakrishnan has over
36 years of experience in the core fields of Secretarial,
Legal, Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Insurance
and commercial matters. He has served in the Engineering,
Insurance and Financial Services industry with
considerable experience in reputed companies which
include Batliboi & Company Limited, Hydraulic
& General Engineers Limited, Tata AIG Risk
Management Services Limited and Tata AIG General
Insurance Company Limited.
Mr Gopalakrishnan joined Tata Consulting Engineers
Limited in January 2007 and is responsible for
the overall Legal & Secretarial matters of
the Company.
